These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website viyable.in (the "Site") operated by Viyable Software Labs Private Limited ("Viyable", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover our corporate website only. Our Firmland product (our software platform for businesses) is provided under a separate Firmland Platform Terms of Service, with its own Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any engagement for custom software, consulting, or other services is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. Subscriptions to the Firmland platform are governed by the Firmland Platform Terms of Service linked above.
