Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for payments made to Viyable Software Labs Private Limited ("Viyable", "we", "us", "our"). Payments are processed through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay.
1. Firmland platform subscriptions
Subscriptions to our Firmland product are billed by Viyable and are governed by the Firmland Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, Firmland runs on a prepaid model: you may cancel at any time, and any unused prepaid balance is refunded on a pro-rata basis. There is no auto-renewal — your plan continues only while your balance lasts. Please refer to the Firmland policy for the full, governing terms.
2. Custom software & professional services
Fees for custom software development, consulting, or other professional engagements are governed by the specific written agreement or statement of work for that engagement. Refund and cancellation terms — including milestones, notice periods, and non-refundable amounts — are as set out in that agreement.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, a refund is typically initiated within 3 business days and may take a further 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a separate processing fee for refunds.
4. How to request a cancellation or refund
For Firmland subscriptions, you can cancel from within your Firmland workspace billing page. For any refund request or billing question, email info@viyable.in with your registered details and a brief description. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the version and effective date above when we do.
