Viyable Software Labs Private Limited ("Viyable", "we", "us", "our") provides software and software-as-a-service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.
1. Electronic delivery
Our products and services are delivered electronically. Access to the Firmland platform is provisioned online — once your account is activated, you receive a sign-in / set-password link by email and can access your workspace over the internet.
2. Delivery timelines
On successful sign-up and payment, access is typically provisioned within one business day (often sooner). If you do not receive your activation email, please check your spam folder and then contact us so we can help.
3. Service availability
Firmland is a cloud service available over the internet, subject to scheduled maintenance and the terms of the applicable Firmland Platform Terms of Service.
